過了一個無巴士的週末，唯有徒步走回校聽音樂會/練琴
起初頗為反感 (一程需要一小時，來回共花二小時呀!!)，但後來走慣了就沒甚感覺了
反因要犧牲負出的多了，更見自己對音樂原來還是有熱衷和堅持的

今天做好心理準備後再戰跑步
結果...

沿著這路線跑了一圈回家，原來這樣一圈都有 4.86 miles.. (7.8 km)
再加上 warm up 時的 50 sit-up 50 push-up, 累透了....~.~
